CONSENT FOR USE OF IMAGE AND AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDINGS

Without prejudice to the provisions of Art. 2 of Organic Law. 1/1982, of May 5th, on civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image (illegitimate interference in the protected sphere will not be considered when expressly authorized by law or when the rights holder has given explicit consent for that purpose) and Article 8.1 (In general, actions authorised or agreed upon by the competent authority in accordance with the law , shall not be considered illegitimate interference, nor when a relevant historical, scientific or cultural interest is present).

University of Almería to use their images for the production of videos and multimedia materials, created and used exclusively for promotional, informational and educational purposes, including publication on the institutional websites and social media channels of the UNIgreen Alliance.

DECLARES

• that in no case the undersigned may claim compensation from the University of Almería for moral or material damages caused by third parties and / or uses not covered by this agreement.  
• to assume full responsibility for any statements made, releasing the University of Almería  from any claims or demands, including those made by third parties.
• the undersigned also prohibits the use of images in contexts that could harm their personal dignity and reputation.
